Baking: In this workshop we will focus on important baking techniques, handling of ingredients, oven temperature, production of dough, and cookie preparation in small quantities. Our work will be based on 1 cookie recipe.

Decorating: In this workshop you will learn the important techniques to cookie decorating. You will learn how to create beautiful creative cookies that will delight your family and friends. You will decorate 5 fresh baked cookies, learn to achieve the perfect royal icing consistency, the basic techniques of flooding, piping and use of some tips for details decoration in your cookies.

You will leave the workshop with a delicious cookie recipe, a box to carry your cookies. Each workshop is coordinated with the upcoming holiday or season.
